Columbia First United Methodist Weekday Program (WDS) has an opening for a qualified, part-time preschool teacher. We are seeking someone who is dependable, enthusiastic, reliable, and has a passion for children ages 15 months to 5 years of age.
The teacher is responsible for delivering a high-quality, early childhood education program which meets the developmental needs of the whole child. They are also responsible for insuring a safe and healthy environment for both children and adults while keeping a positive attitude. The teacher must have a deep love that includes patience with children, as well as a strong commitment to education. The program emphasizes forming relationships with families of WDS as well. The successful candidate will be a “team player” working cooperatively with other teachers.
